We’re delighted to hear that Lillybrook park home site in Lyneham, Wiltshire, is set for expansion following the launch of plans to build 10 new properties.
The proposal has been made possible by the recent closure of a runway at nearby RAF Lyneham, making new land available on which to construct the new batch of park homes. Closing the runway will also make the living environment more peaceful for existing residents as the lack of aircraft taking off and landing significantly reduces the amount of noise over the venue.
Lillybrook’s latest expansion means the site now boasts 127 park homes, most of which are twin units and many of which feature garages as part of the plot.
For anyone interested in the new park homes, the minimum resident age is 50 and dogs are not allowed on site. Plot fees cost £118.75 per month and the guide price for park homes start at £154,750. Click here to find out more.
