The following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw.
The promotion is a Prize Draw which is open to anyone providing their name and address to staff at the Coast stand at any of the shows at which Coast exhibits during the period shown below.
No purchase is necessary.
The promotion is open to UK residents only.
The promotion is only open to people aged 18 or over.
Participants must have a valid postal address to participate.
Participants must supply full name and address at the time of entry. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, deemed incomplete, ineligible or fraudulent. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
This Prize Draw promotion will run from 13/05/2011 to 31/10/2011. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the draw period. The winner will be notified no later than 2 weeks after the draw period by letter sent to the address provided at the time of entry. The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided, as soon as reasonably possible after the end of the prize draw period. If the prize is returned undelivered, the promoter will be entitled, after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, to draw another winner without any liability to the original winner for having done so.
The winner’s names can be obtained by sending an SAE to “Win an I-Pad with Coast Promotion”, Marketing Dept., Coast, Helix House, High Street, Wadhurst, East Sussex, TN5 6AA, within 28 days of the end of the promotion period.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Coast, their immediate families, anyone within their households, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw, or their immediate families.
By entering our free Prize Draw you agree to receive further information regarding the services of Coast.
Coast reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer without notice at any time.
Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
THE PRIZE
The prize is an Apple 16GB Wi-Fi-Pad2. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the I-Pad model in the event of problems with supply.
